60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If a Clarke American Sanders machine does not perform to our customer’s satisfaction due to a defect in mechanical design, workmanship or parts, the customer can return the machine to their original place of purchase for a complete refund.
New Product Registration System: Warranty registration is something that most customers never think twice about. We hope to change that. First, this product registration card is not designed to capture a bunch of information for our marketing department. Instead we have designed our card to allow the end user the opportunity to give us immediate feedback on the quality of our product.
Quality Management System: Another component of the Pride program is our new Quality Management System. This system gives our customers the ability to communicate directly with our factory in Springdale, Arkansas. By visiting our web site customers can submit quality comments that will be immediately forwarded to our Quality Control Department. Those comments will be assigned to a QC manager who will review the comments and will then contact the customer who submitted the comments within two business days.
