SPARTA, NC – January 23, 2019 – American Sanders, the worldwide leader in the design and production of wood floor sanders, edgers, and finishes, today announced the launch of the EZ-E Extension Edger. The EZ-E Extension Edger is designed for sanding hard to reach areas such as toe-kicks and under radiators. Available in 8” and 13” interchangeable configurations, the EZ-E is a versatile and highly productive edger for the professional contractor.

“This newly designed extension edger has been engineered for performance and is enhanced with a number of precision features,” said Roy Cox, Global Product Manager with American Sanders. “For example, this edger uses a new poly-V belt drive system that provides dependable and consistent power delivery from the one-horsepower motor to the drive plate. Field tests with the EZ-E have shown that contractors will get the reliable sanding performance they expect from American Sanders edgers.”

Performance features of the EZ-E extension edger include a LED light with a reflector for projecting plenty of light to the work surface, dual-wheel casters for high stability and smooth operation, and tool free caster adjustment. The EZ-E is also designed for versatility. The 8” extension and 13” extension are easily interchangeable, and both extensions feature drive plates that accept either bolt-on or hook and loop sand paper.
